How come he didn't get the film? I've been watching Ileana Douglas' podcast on youtube. They are quite interesting especially since she talks a lot about Broadway in the 80s. This is an interesting topic for me since it is an era I mostly just missed seeing. Douglas was in drama school at the time and has really vivid memories of what she saw. (just about everything!)
anyway she has Penelope Ann Miller on Miller mentions how he wasn't cast even with a Tony. It starts about the 35 minute mark in the link. |
