Not entirely true. Cameron Mackintosh is one of the producers of Hamilton in London (he gets an AND billing) and he own the theatre in which it is playing - so is the one who has been responsible for introducing the paperless system. However the three lead New York producers and the Public Theatre are all billed above him.
