| Thanks for that interview link. I had seen a televised interview years ago and my memory was that he said the original title was It's Only Your Love I'm Returning. Guess my memory was wrong. Still, I always liked the title Don't Cry For Me Argentina, even though it didn't make sense to me. When I learned it meant to call for, I wondered why they didn't just use the word call instead. Not the best lyrics Rice ever wrote, that's for sure. |
