I am very sorry to hear this. I knew Clifford years ago. I last saw him when he was playing Potiphar in a production of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat." We had a great talk at Bally's on Gower in Los Angeles. May he rest in peace.

In addition to his wonderful, already posted about performances on the Original Cast Recordings of "On A Clear Day" and "1776," he and his castmates (Stuart Damon, Ellen Hanley, Karen Morrow and Julienne Marie chief among them) provide a great time on the 1962 revival recording of "The Boys From Syracuse." I'm sure Clifford would have been a wonderful Guido, too. If anyone on this board actually saw him, I hope they share their impressions.
