I'm watching Reefer Madness for the first time in a while and she just knocks it out of the park. I also saw her Elphaba in Chicago several years ago and thought she was better than Idina who I also saw. Add in what was supposedly a heart breaking Fosca in Passion in Chicago and I have to wonder why she hasn't done more in NY.
Obviously she has A Christmas Story Live tonight, but you'd think she has enough of a name to get a major new show on Broadway. I for one would love to see her replace Bernadette in Hello Dolly when the time comes. |
