Oscar Isaac's singing
Posted by: TheOtherOne 12:44 pm EST 12/18/17

Just curious. Oscar sang his folk-based music in Inside Llewin Davis just about perfectly, and I remember enjoying his performance in Two Gentlemen of Verona without actually recalling what he sang like. Is he capable of handling more legit material?

He's such a fine actor. If, and I realize it's a big if, he had the voice, he'd be a great Seurat. True, the show was just revived and is not likely to be revived again any time soon, but I could so picture him in it.

True, it's an incredibly challenging score, but who would have thought Jake Gyllenhaal had in in him before he actually played it?
