| So sorry to learn this. Keely was a favorite of mine. I last saw her perform at Birdland. She even asked the audience if they had any requests. I asked for It's Been A Long, Long Time. During the piano solo part she turned to the pianist (her son-in-law) and I heard her tell him, "I hate this song." Oh, well. The gal had gumption. RIP. |
