| I keep calling the Encore Stairway to Heaven the Revue revue. It was the first time I Saw Kristen Chenoweth on stage. MY! the lady filled the whole theater, just extraordinaire==As for the show itself,the second half, which began with the first post WW II review, was somewhat weaker, because the material in the reviews began to thin out....This time around, I planned my week in NYC around THE GOLDEN APPLE. But I later added in The Great Comet, and on my last day in town, went to 2pm Dolly, and 7pm APPLE, a delirious sunday in the Thee -ay-tuh I wish there were more recordings mad The NEW YORKER woyuld be a wonderful 'album' If I were a Rich man, the would all be recorded as a sign of love and care for us out=of=towners. I f I were a New Yorker, I would subscribe to every season.,. |
