| Ummmmm....not to be rude but whoever wrote this Press Release has a hideously over-inflated idea of what this project is. I have never heard of ANY of these performers before except for Ed Dixon who I saw as Max in Signature Theatre's (Arlington, VA) excellent production of "Sunset Boulevard" (I also know he wrote and starred in a well-received one-man show about the late George Rose). As for the rest of the cast, who the HELL are they? WHO wrote this press release? I have followed both Strouse and Addams my whole life. I don't even mind "Bring Back Birdie" (....well not TOO much....) I've never even HEARD of this show and now the Press Release is touting it and its' mostly unknown cast like "We're bringin' back "Oklahoma!" with Alfred Drake and Joan Roberts!!!" What the HELL is this?????? BTW, there are structural and spelling issues in this release. You need to get a better proof-reader. Sorry. |
