Yeah, I'm pretty sure you're right on that one...and gettin' a tear outta Ethel was no easy feat but I truly recall seeing it happen on TV (maybe "The Mike Douglas Show" from Philly ?) "Haven't I Ephraim???"

Merman herself copped to that one in her autobiography...she said it was because Douglas surprised her by having her grandchildren join her on the show.
