I have not ready Jesse Green's review, but I would not say that the play skews to the political left so I doubt that was his reason for not liking it. The totalitarian right and the totalitarian left are each depicted as deadly forces in DESCRIBE THE NIGHT.
I thought it was easily the finest of the four Rajiv Joseph plays I have seen in New York. |
