When I saw On the 20th Century a fire alarm went off and Peter Gallagher just talked to the crowd. Someone shouted "sing Luck be a Lady" but he declined.

At Good Vibrations there was this huge wave set that came down from the rafters at the end and it just stopped midway through. This was an early preview and someone I know who worked on the show said that it only happened that one time.
