I don't doubt you for a moment, but I had no idea that box office personnel have so much control as to be able to immediately lower the price of a ticket considerably at their own discretion. What's the actual mechanism of that? I guess they're able to just change the price of the ticket in the computer and then sell it at the lower price? For the sake of argument, could they also immediately raise rather than lower the price of a ticket if they felt they should do that for some reason? |
