| I see in the cast list for Dick Whittington at the London Palladium, which runs until January 7, that Charlie Stemp is a member of the cast. He is supposed to start January 20 in Hello, Dolly! as Barnaby, when Taylor Trensch leaves to take over the lead in Dear Evan Hansen. That doesn't give him a lot of rehearsal time for Dolly, but I suppose he can do it. I saw him last January in Half a Sixpence, well, A Quarter of a Sixpence, since the performance came to a stop about an hour into it and never resumed, and he was very talented. I think he has a bright future ahead of him. |
