| I am going to venture a guess that you did not just drop in here from another planet and are aware of the extensive discussion of what happens when a producer does not raise prices in this fashion; viz., scalpers do. So I am wondering what it is you are positing here. Would you prefer for the profit to end up in the hands of folks who continue to invest in making theatre (not to mention support programs like eduham) or would you prefer that the profit end up in the hands of scoundrels or russian oligarchs who suck the money out of the theatre? If you are going to scream GREED on Christmas morning, at least tell us where you stand beyond the platitude. |
