| I didn't see the telecast but I did see the show -- twice. Once in London, once in New York. It's a charming, underrated show, which, like the novel, lacks any kind of really compelling storyline. But it has a bunch of nice music. As I recall it was running in the West End at the same time as Half a Sixpence, an equally charming, but hardly compelling piece. I liked them both, but I was probably 14. |
