At in-person lotteries, when they call your name you'll have an opportunity to drop down from two tickets to one if you'd like. By the very end of the lottery, there's usually a point where you have to commit to either one or two tickets so that they can be sure to sell all available spots.
I don't know what the policies are for the electronic/online lotteries. |
