Bette Midler's understudy

Has Bette Midler missed any of her scheduled performances forcing her actual understudy (not Donna Murphy) to perform the role of Dolly? That'd be an interesting performance and I wonder how the audience would take it.

Got to see Donna Murphy's second-to-last performance yesterday. She was tremendous. It's a shame she can't take over the role of Dolly. The audience loves her and I'm going to argue that her overall package is stronger than Midler's minus the 1000 watt star power that Midler exudes.

I wonder if Bernadette's understudy will get to go on at all! Anyone know how long BP is contracted? I've seen Dolly 3x....but I'll be returning to see BP! Who wouldn't?
