It's great that Ars Nova will have a new theater, their old venue was always an awkward playing space, as well as a bit out of the way.
But Barrow Street was one of the very, very few Off-Broadway venues where it was apparently possible to turn a profit.
I say "apparently" because I assume that the longer runs (such as OUR TOWN) were possible because they were at least breaking even.
