You're not entitled to a refund, period. You agreed to that when you bought the ticket. Giving them back to the box office to let them try to resell them for you with the understanding that they might not be sold is also something you agreed to when you gave them the tickets (this policy is also what's on their website). They're saying they didn't sell them. Your only recourse is to ask their management to review.

Accusing their employees of theft and demanding "justice" (whatever that means) is not going to gain you much sympathy, so I'd lose the attitude before you try it. Posting such a rant publicly has already put you at a disadvantage in my book, but maybe they don't read this site.
