| Just jumping in to agree 100% with The National's box office staff - especially the call center. I had to call them to switch my Angels in America seats to different performances and they were truly lovely to deal with. They even apologized profusely for their tiny change fee which was really sweet (and hilarious to me). And if you ever have a chance to go on the tour they offer, I highly recommend it. It is in depth and you get to see a ton of things in the building, which is an astoundingly impressive space. I wasn't sure if it would be worth it (I worked in theatre for years so wasn't sure how much we would see) but it was way more than I expected. |
