This play received positive reviews when it played (2014/2015 season) at Central Square Theater (Nora Theatre Company) in Cambridge, MA.

I appreciated the background info/ program notes on this historical figure, previously unknown to me.
And the costumes and staging were appealing. During the first act, silliness (in my view) interspersed with scientific data explained by the coquettish central character rendered this a lame skit rather than a clever historical dramedy. Neither my husband nor I had the patience to stick with it. We bolted at intermission.

On the other hand, friends of ours found the play witty, and they loved it in its entirety.
