Israel and Egypt have pretty decent relations
That depends on whether you're speaking about Egyptian regime leadership or Egyptian popular sentiment. Even the current autocratic, murderous and Trump friendly regime of al-Sisi knows it has to be publicly vocal about support for an independent Palestinian state which is extremely popular in Egypt. |
