I've been a member and regular poster here since 2002. I've never even been to Donmar Warehouse. I'm just telling you that you would be better served by backing off the accusations of theft that you cannot prove if you're going to contact their management for a review. Bottom line is that they don't provide refunds and the offer to resell your tickets came with the stated conditions. This is pretty much standard practice with any theater box office. The offer to resell is a courtesy only. You should be prepared for disappointment but grateful if it turns out differently. The other option is for you to try to sell the tickets yourself.
Be sure you get your story straight from the beginning, too. There's a third party witness now? Supposing that's true, they could have been standing room people who took your empty seats, as someone else already mentioned. |
