| I know I shall get criticized for this: I am not a fan of Sutton Foster. For me, as talented as she is, she lacks what I think is essential for Dolly: warmth. She is a cold performer and is not likeable on stage — for me at least. I always feel as though I am watching a robot whenever I see her. I know this is an unpopular opinion as she is greatly loved by people on this board, but that is how I feel. |
