| I've read that Cher plays Meryl's mother. In her brief appearance in the trailer, it appears that she is in a scene with Amanda Seyfried and Dominic Cooper (Sky), who are not in the prequel parts. It also looks like there's a lot in there from the original movie. Lily James is shown as pregnant in one clip, so the prequel likely isn't too much before the original. Isn't Sophie only 20 when the wedding is to take place in Mamma Mia!? It's a little confusing. |
