| I dunno... I'm pretty doubtful that people casting Summer Stock will think "Well she's great, but she was in Sweeney Todd and Nine... but nothing middling or generic with unchallenging roles that's just meant to please the audience... let's go with someone else." And even if some do, or all do, this is still not the way someone running a top tier college theater program and place of higher education should be picking shows for their students who spend a f*ck ton of money and 4 years of their youth to grow and learn and stretch themselves. |
