WOLFE PREVIEW PERFORMANCES BEGIN THURSDAY, MARCH 22 OPENING NIGHT SET FOR THURSDAY, APRIL 26 This morning Tony Award® winner and two-time Academy Award® winner Denzel Washington received an Academy Award® nomination, his ninth nomination to date, for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his performance in Roman J. Israel, Esq. Next week, he will begin rehearsals for his eagerly anticipated return to Broadway in Eugene O’Neill’s The Iceman Cometh, directed by five-time Tony Award winner George C. Wolfe. Preview performances for this 14-week limited engagement begin Thursday, March 22 ahead of an official opening on Thursday, April 26 at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (242 West 45th Street).
