You really have a dismissive and angered tone that I don't understand or especially care to engage with. But no matter how many times i've stated the point, and changed the parameters a bit but clarified the point... you seem to be purposefully missing the point. It is not just about who has had the most produced since a certain date, it's about what "generation" of writers they are in, and the ability to get work produced on Broadway since.
But also what would be so wrong with just observing and stating the notable fact that so-and-so writer has had the most produced plays on Broadway since a certain interesting date? Getting any plays produced in the theater climate since the mid 90s is pretty remarkable, let alone having 6 (and probably a 7th this year with the probably transfer of Hangman)? Sheesh! |
