Yes, I loved that, too, Peter! Thank you for sharing it with us.
I hope this "remake" is a very loose adaptation, because the Broadway show as originally conceived could not have been filmed better than it was by Robbins and Wise. Maybe a more naturalistic approach, with the emphasis on the score and not the dance, is what Spielberg and Kushner are better suited for. We shall see. |
