| Probably because Aladdin is more likely to struggle over the years. It's easier to weather tough weeks when you are your own landlord. Lion King and Frozen (on paper) are much more established properties than Aladdin, so you can safely house them in someone else's theatre. No one would ever want to kick them out and it's going to be a long time before they start underperforming. |
