When I saw the show during the Boston tryout, the first number was a song and dance for the entire company, When the Weather's Better, a song Stephen Sondheim listed as one he wished he'd written. Also the title song was not a song and dance with Tip and Tap(The Nicholas brothers) Miss Uggams was in a blue ball gown , in front of a silver mirror,-It was somewhat like Lena at the Waldorf.
