| In pretty much no other profession... for better or worse. I can't imagine any profession where a major creative head (or even a lesser employee, but especially a valued one, especially one with specified skills) would be *terminated* for saying they had a sex dream about a co-worker. They would be reprimanded, maybe punished in some way. I'm not saying it's right or wrong but I do think you're wrong about the severity of the consequence of this kind of thing in other professions. |
