Telecharge problem

A few months ago, I spent numerous hours searching for a ticket for Dear Evan Hansen on Telecharge. Because of my incessant activity, I believe I was identified as a “bot” and now I can no longer purchase tickets with my computer or through the app when I am home. I have tried using different browsers to no avail. I have contacted Telecharge via phone and email on numerous occasions and have not received any help or response. I unplugged my router overnight and that has not helped. Does anyone have any other suggestions or advice as to how I can get help from Telecharge. I’m not a ticket broker - just a lowly health care provider!
