It's really nasty how they wouldn't even respond to your inquiry. It's one thing to try to identify bots that hurt everyone, but it's another thing when they won't attempt to help a legitimate customer. You can Google other companies that routinely IP ban customers as well (such as Okcupid that is run by the radical-left).
Some options: (1) buy your tickets at the box office the next time you're in Times Square to avoid the pesky fees, (2) call your cable company to request a new IP address, or (3) log on via WiFi (Starbucks, NYC subway stations, etc). |
