| Gotcha. I suppose a better word would for how Hamilton achieves emotion and the type of story it's would would be "traditional", at least certainly a lot moreso than Caroline - though I would also use the word easy, not meaning simple but meaning not as difficult to get - I think the emotion in Hamilton comes from fairly obvious places, and I don't think so in Caroline, and I do think that what Caroline attempted and achieved in that sense is both more difficult and more original - so when ranking genius against genius, I give more points to the show i think took a harder path and drew/conceived further outside the lines, which I think Caroline did as compared to Hamitlon. |
