| More and more, Williamstown is becoming a try-out venue for new plays. many of which eventually come to NYC. Great for people outside the city, but I for one miss the seasons filled with classics and revivals (admittedly some of which also transferred to New York) with a smattering of new plays, often with terrific casts in one-time-only productions. |
