| I opened up my email and found a confirmation on the tickets I was frustrated buying. Not a fun experience, but at least I know I’m going, in November! | |

| Yup, got that too! Majorly pissed because had decent seats in the orchestra. Kept getting poor connection (hello, I was logged in thru work, shhhh, so no connection issue), and then kept getting system errors and time outs when trying to pay. They then said that I exceeded the number of tickets (2 sets is excessive?), and locked me out. Keep checking emails and credit cards to see if anything went thru. | |

| I am in, but the seats that are coming up are terrible. Row M seat 20 is considered premium? $1300 for 2 tickets? no thanks I dunno why they just don't have a seating chart of available seats and let people pick what they want. |

| When huge numbers of people are all trying to buy tickets at the same time, picking the exact seats you want becomes near impossible. Even though they may look available when you load the map, you won't know if they are until you click on them & then try to add them to your cart. Only then will TM let you know if they are still available. Really good chance someone else already has them in their cart. | |

| Usually not when the sale first starts. Many times I have had the map to pick seats presented to me only to have TM suddenly present a popup window saying too many people are trying to buy tickets & then the map is disabled. Also, again, if the map is there, there is a REALLY good chance the tickets you select will not be available when you try to add them to your cart. | |

| They have many levels: Premium, Preferred, Standard, and Entry level Standard starts around row U in the orchestra. Entry are $20 and $40 at the very back of the Dress circle or Mezz |

| Yes, I know there are levels of ticket pricing, but I recall someone saying this the last time. There is something off about the tickets they are making available today. I tried multiple dates at multiple tiers and the same areas & rows came up over and over - generally around M to Q way off to the sides - definitely nothing very center. I did see one pair Row J in the dress circle that was center but other than that? The same seats no matter what date you plug in. It doesn't make sense. |

| Are these seats left over from the last time around? If so, it would make sense that only the sides are available. All I got, too, were sides. Extreme sides for premium. Nothing in the center |

| That's weird. I got in 2 seconds after I put in my code at about 11:15 (I had forgotten about the 11 start time for my code). Have you considered just refreshing and trying again? By the way, if you're a crazed fan who just must see this or die, just create numerous accounts with ticketmaster using all different email addresses and apply to the Harry Potter tickets with all of them. One is bound to get you tickets. |

| Isn't that basically what scalpers do I think scalpers may do this in order to resell tickets at exorbitant rates, whereas I'd want to do it to get my single ticket for myself and guard it closely! Axe-murderers and loggers both buy axes, but it doesn't make axe-buying morally wrong :-) |

One is bound to get you tickets. That's probably an extreme characterization--I think of myself as someone who lives in Vancouver, so this upcoming trip is my only opportunity to see the show. That said, I thought you had an awesome idea--but it checked my name, noted I already had an account, and urged me to sign in with my normal email address. Have you tried this before? How do you get around the name situation? |

| When I originally signed up for the ticket lottery, it asked me first to sign into Ticketmaster. For some reason, I have two ticketmaster accounts. I just signed into both (each had a different email address) and it took it as two submissions to get tickets. One came back on the waiting list and the other came back the offer of a code. No where did it ask for my name, although I guess my ticketmaster account has my name. I figure you could use different variations of your name (initials, middle name, middle initials, etc) to create different accounts. As for the "This is what scalpers do," do they really expect the rest of us to rely on some assumed code of conduct while scalpers are doing whatever they want? |

| Yes, I refreshed and tried again and again and again. My access code was no longer valid since it said I made a purchase. At check-out, credit card on file was not accepted. I have used it many times before, and no it was not because my credit limit was reached. A purchase was recorded in the system, however, and invalidated the access code. Can you say "major glitch?" | |
