Yup, got that too! Majorly pissed because had decent seats in the orchestra. Kept getting poor connection (hello, I was logged in thru work, shhhh, so no connection issue), and then kept getting system errors and time outs when trying to pay. They then said that I exceeded the number of tickets (2 sets is excessive?), and locked me out. Keep checking emails and credit cards to see if anything went thru.
