| Not being able to see where the seats actually are until they are in your cart; not having a complete seating chart released; not being able to pick your own seats; not releasing where the various price levels are located. I think the point is to work customers into a frenzy so that they pay too much money for seats that are way over on the side. I'm going to try my luck tomorrow with the virtual line. The only nice thing I can say about all this is that at least tickets can be returned for a refund! That's pretty rare. I returned seats I had purchased last time, and I received every penny of what I paid back (including the fees). Plus, after all this, tickets are still immediately showing up on StubHub! |

| gad90210 summed it up pretty perfectly. I agree it's a marketing gimmick and am curious to see what happens a few weeks from now when they are just on sale regularly (and hopefully you will be able to pick your own seats from a chart). I don't see how tickets are showing up on stub hub - I was only given 2 choices to get my tickets. On my cell phone or will call (with ID and card used to purchase). I don't know how a scalper is going to get around that. |
