Not being able to see where the seats actually are until they are in your cart; not having a complete seating chart released; not being able to pick your own seats; not releasing where the various price levels are located.

I think the point is to work customers into a frenzy so that they pay too much money for seats that are way over on the side.

I'm going to try my luck tomorrow with the virtual line.

The only nice thing I can say about all this is that at least tickets can be returned for a refund! That's pretty rare. I returned seats I had purchased last time, and I received every penny of what I paid back (including the fees).

Plus, after all this, tickets are still immediately showing up on StubHub!
