| This doesn't answer Chazwaza's question, and I guess everyone posting here assumed (probably correctly!) that everyone else posting here already knew this, but unless I missed it, no one has specifically mentioned that there was a stage presentation of EVENING PRIMROSE with the TV script and songs done in 2010 as a one-night benefit in the theater at John Jay College -- although it wasn't a fully staged production. | Thanks! I actually did not know this -- not sure that it could have escaped my sight at the time but if I did know i'd forgotten, so glad you posted that. I wonder if Sondheim or Bobby Goldman made any statements about it afterwards. |

| As I recall, Bobby Goldman was integrally involved with the benefit production in question, and she definitely attended it. I haven't had the chance to do any extensive Googling on it today, but I seem to remember that she may have been interviewed about it at the time or at least made a statement or two. | |
