I’m looking to TalkinBroadway for words of wisdom. I can’t seem to get a straight answer.
I have written a play based on a real woman’s life story. I have changed names, details, time period—but it is her story—similar to LAW AND ORDER taking a real life incident.
This woman is alive. Do I need to contact her for ‘rights’ to her story? |
