I hadn't known she played Judy, but seated in those theater chairs, and gesturing, she reminded me of Garland's appearance on the Friday night Jack Parr show.
Here's a playbill.com highlights video of the play End of the Rainbow, she was nominated for a Tony for Best Actress in a Play (lost to Nina Arianda). I never saw it but she was supposedly great.
