So much discussion below about how Betty Buckley will do with it. How did Donna Murphy do?
Honestly I don't think anyone will ever get the laughs Midler did. She's innately funny and has the rep for comedy so I think people came in ready to laugh. (Even too much at times such as the overeating scene.) |
