Falstaff in HENRY VI?

Interesting, given that Falstaff is dead by the time HENRY V happens.

I'm assuming that they mean HENRY IV? Will it be in two parts or the stitched together version Jack O'Brien directed for LCT with Kevin Kline? (I want to say Dakin Matthews adapted it?)
