| Bernadette is hysterical. Now I loved Bette, but her performance had a more haphazard quality. Bernadette’s timing is so precise. Her triple takes are masterful, and she makes love to that turkey leg. It’s a very funny performance. But it’s also a deeper and richer acting performance as well. If you’re trying to decide whether or not to see her: you should. The entire production is still glorious. |
