| I thought the same thing when I saw that clip yesterday. When you have redundant lyrics like "Everything is different/Everything has changed", you know the lyricist has nothing to say. (It reminds me of a grating lyric from "Defying Gravity": "Something has changed within me/Something is not the same"). Plus they have that hoary rhyme eyes/realize. Ugh. But the reviewer singled this number out as the best song in the show. |

| The melody was nice but the lyrics, not great. But this is a show of pop songs so it is what it is. | |

| Having seen the show on the first preview, that was my feeling for all the songs - the generic lyrics were the primary problem. | |
