I'm going to have to look at it again, but as I recall, Pinkins over-sang and over-emoted in the Tony performance of "Lot's Wife," which resulted in her going off pitch and sounding like she was losing her voice. So, based on that particular performance of the song (which, of course, the award was NOT based on), I'm not sure I agree with you. |
