I spent a ridiculous amount of time acquiring unexciting seats far back in the mezzanine during the original sale, only to swap them in for the better seats that recently appeared. Although Ticketmaster honored its promise to provide an easy full refund for the seats I didn't want, the whole thing was a pain in the neck, and I would rather have bought the good seats in the first place. However, I'll accept it as the price of keeping scalpers from scooping everything up.
I'd be happier if I could have chosen the new seats off a chart, instead of taking pot luck, but we Muggles can't have everything. |
